Does anyone now how to get rid of those darn Apparations (flying ghosts) in the Chasm of Dead in Drangheim... They are terring me apart litterally

I know it has been said before but now i`ve been through Anskram Keep three times but can`t seem to find me way through to the staircase in the second grand room... if anybody knows how to get down/up to it please tell me and the others here. Ohh yeah i can`t seem to open one of the doors upstairs.
