It's ok now.
I should mention that the new dungeon that you like is the one location that i did not do. Qusari the guy who didthe intro made that and did all the storyline for it.

Ok the teleporter is fixed. As i thought the trigger was too small. I just went to a saved gamed to test it and there is no problem now. Which crypt? Are you talking about the teleporter in the temple downstairs in Arnika ?

No. This is not a bug and is and unidentified items will do their thing if used correctly.
It certainly should not be difficult to guess what the bottle is for if it is the bottle i am thinking.

Hint.

there is someone in Arnika that is of great service for any tough battles you have. Not somebody who you can hire, but someone like June in the monastery.
you just have to find out who it is. You can still get killed while they are fighting for you, but your chances are much better.
