I have two problems :
1) I have won all the games both in Guberland and Thjorgard... I have all the 6 prizes from these games but still the guy in Guberland doesnt give me the "Capstone of order".
Also I do not get anything when I win the games in Thjorgard !
2) I have united all the Clans. But dont know what to do next. There is nothing new in my quest list.

It may be possible that you only get the capstone of order when already possessing the right quest. Just wait, you`re gonna need the capstone later in the game, but there`s plenty of time left.
After having completed all the tasks to unite the clans, enter a city. There`s gonna be a messenger telling you that a war between Sturmford and Drangheim hast started. You must stop that war, afterwards you must visit the war council in Kira the Cold`s residence in Thronheim.
I hope there`s no bug involved, I had no problems with this.
