Where can I find the Hatlati family I need to help?
Where is the Bow know as Everstrike?
Where is the Dark Passage?
And finaly where is Arslegard?

Everstrike is in a cave below the Dook Castle in Guberland (look for a black chest). About the Family: If you`re referencing the one that is part of the Paladin promo you should try Sturmford.

No idea about the other issues, sorry.

Whell to find the dark passage you have to die.
But that is only possibly after you have complete the unite the clans quest, and there army has been destroyed.
Arslegard? perhaps after the dark passage????

at this stage, you should already know where to find the hatlati family and the magical bow everstrike

because of arslegard, just try pushing up daisies and you will wonder

you`ll meet the gatekeeper in arslegard, but he won`t let you in, he sends you to the dark passage instead to get the writ of fate
